This project involves construction of The Zafran at Jumeirah Golf Estates in Dubai. The scope of work of this project involves construction of 130 townhouses. The residential buildings of Jumeirah Golf Estates (JGE) are built around the world famous Fire and Earth golf courses which host the DP World Tour Championship, Dubai. The villas in Jumeirah Golf Estates are uniquely constructed and set in communities with a phenomenal backdrop while being enclosed in a gated community. The natural landscape and multiple amenities such as parks, playgrounds and fitness centres cater more towards a family-friendly lifestyle. The scheme will mark a Gulf's first venture as a developer who has been successfully delivering projects as a contractor in the UAE. The Gulf has got the land permit to build the project. The development is expected to be completed by Q3, 2022 (Third quarter of 2022).
