This project involves construction of The Fern Tower on Plot No. AFMU004B at Al Furjan area in Dubai . The scope of work of this project involves construction of a 15-storey residential building comprising 2 basement levels, a ground floor, a parking level, 13 additional floors and a roof. This project will cover a total plot area of 1840.13 square meter . The community is made up of a shared network of pathways and amenities. Furjan will benefit from linked cycle routes running through Discovery Gardens, Garden View Villas and Al Furjan - which will result in a 40 km cycle track for the communities. Al Furjan's property types range from over 4,000 apartments, houses, hotels and commercial spaces, with more under construction, to be launched by 2020. A Local International Contracting Company has been appointed as the main and MEP contractor. Parking level structural works are currently underway. The construction works started on September 2018 and is expected to be completed in January 2020.
