This project involves construction of SRG Tower on Plot No. 345-185 in Burj Khalifa area on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai. The scope of work of this project involves construction of the Tower comprising 2 basements, a ground floor, mezzanine floor, 92 additional floors and a roof . This 385m high residential building comprises a total 981 apartments – a mix of one, two, three and four bed room apartments. The project also featuring a resort style swimming pool, luxury lobby with cafe, multi-purpose rooms, and first floor retail. The associated car park includes over a thousand parking bays. A Local Contracting Company has been appointed as the main contractor. Mobilization is currently in progress. The scheme is expected to be completed by December 2018.
