This project involves construction of Soho Loft The Palm residential building in Dubai. Construction of a residential building comprising 2 basement levels, a ground floor and 9 additional floors plus roof. SOHO PALM is created to feel unlike any other apartment building found in Dubai. ItÂ’s conveniently located alongside waterfront retail and hospitality outlets, in one of the most exciting up and coming locations - Palm West Beach. From the gym to the spa to the pool deck, right through to the communal areas, the finishing on every detail is considered in design. This high level of consideration helps us create an environment that feels aspirational from the moment you step foot in the lobby. The project includes 61 guestrooms including 30 one bedroom apartment, 13 two bedroom apartment and 18 three bedroom apartments. It also has one external swimming pool with an area of 710 square feet. It will cover a total built-up area of 14,000 square meters. Bids have been submitted for the main contract and are currently under evaluation. An award is expected in the second quarter of 2017.
