This project will be located at Nad Al Sheba 4 in Dubai. The scope of work of this project involves construction of an underground sewerage network . It involves extension of sewerage and storm water drainage network to all residential, commercial, recreational service areas. It will cover a total area of 594 hectares . A new pumping station adjacent to the exisitng DB22 with a peak pumping capacity of 9,000I/s, which will discharge to the exisitng Pond P14. The proposed works included the screen chamber with bar screen, pumping station with 2 duty axial-flows pumps, each of 1500I/s capacity, 2 dry weather flows pumps, each of 100 I/s capacity, outfall structure and twin gravity outfall pipeline of 2,000 mm diameter GRP to outfall structure and electrical substatiion and MCC building with electrical panels and controls. A Local Construction Company is carrying out main construction contact on this scheme. Work has commenced on this scheme. The Project is expected to be completed in June 2015 (Q2 of 2015).
