Orion Residential Project - Al Barsha
This project involves construction of Orion building on Plot No. 673-1005 at Al Barsha South 3 in Dubai. Construction of a residential building comprising a ground floor, a main entrance, services and 3,914-square-meter area allocated for commercial parcels; three-level podium car parking lot; 10 typical residential floors containing (190) apartments, including a spa floor, swimming pool, a gymnasium and services. Local Construction Company has been appointed as the main contractor. Sub-structural works are currently in progress. The MEP contract will be awarded in September 2016. The scheme is expected to be completed by June 2017.
