This project is in Qatar. Scope of Works will include but will not be limited to: 1. Construction Management. 2. Site Set-up, Maintenance and Construction. 3. Maximise prefabrication and Off-Site Construction. 4. Sustainability Management following GORD requirements. The project is required to achieve a GSAS 3 Star rating. 5. Health & Safety Management. 6. Quality Assurance and Quality Control. 7. Fixed Laboratory Equipment procurement, installation and commissioning. 8. Testing, Commissioning & Operation. 9. Implementation of BIM for the development of shop drawings and as built information. The Design Consultant developed the model to LOD: 300. 10. Preparation of Operation and Maintenance Manuals for the upkeep and repairs of the building including suitable material supplier lists.
