This project involves construction of Meydan One Tower, located between Meydan and Al Khail. Construction of a 711-meter-high tower comprising the largest indoor ski resort and (885) (billed now as the tallest residential tower in the world) apartments, a civic plaza and a 4 kilometer canal and marina with 100 berths. ,a mall with a retractable skylight, 2,050 hotel rooms and suites, the worlds longest indoor ski slope at 1kilometre long, 484,376 square feet of office spaces, a 1,829,865 square feet central park, and much more. Meydan One is set apart as a fully integrated destination, unique even by Dubais pacesetting standards. The ski resort and apartments will have access to the worlds highest observation deck, 665 meters up and highest sky restaurant at 675 meters. Design works are currently in progress.
