This project involves construction of “Marina Residential 015” at Lusail City in Qatar. The building will comprise • Two (2) basement levels, • A ground floor, • A parking level and • Twenty-one (21) additional floors. Features & amenities include a multipurpose hall, swimming pool and a gymnasium. The comprehension of the morphology had developed into structural highlights that had come first in accommodating the style and space arranging, in this way having the structure façade in a sporadic brought forth case like plan. Improving customary highlights with a contemporary curve to the façade treatment gives more legitimacy to the nearby setting of Lusail. With cautious arranging of the private units, the structure is planned with high effectiveness; a sensible lattice with basic coordination of mechanical frameworks. The aim of the architectural design is to ensure a functional, coordinated and aesthetically pleasing residential building. It is also important to identify the design intent for the building, clarifying all requirements have been met both internally and externally with a necessary residential design output which satisfies the client’s, authority and end users requirements. This development is situated in Lusail Marina District with a build-up area of 32,000m². The cost of the project set to 30000000$billion. A Local Trading & Contracting Company has been appointed as the main contractor. 1st floor slab works are currently in progress. The scheme is expected to be completed by December 2016.
