This project involves the development of Jebel Ali Gardens, located in the Dubai Waterfront area to the south of Jebel Ali Free Zone. Construction of (42) towers, designed to house 40,000 people in nearly 10,000 apartments, including facilities such as green parks, swimming pools, basketball courts and football pitches. The overall scheme will cover an area of 520,000 square meters and have a total built-up area of more than 1.7 million square meters.
