The project’s scope o work involves implementation of infrastructure works involving construction of service roads, secondary substations and car parks for the new Sabah al-Salem Campus - Packages B5 and A5 in Kuwait. Central Utility is designed to complete the utility requirements of Sabah Al-Salem University City in integration with CUP1 and CUP2. The new central utility plant (CUP3) will provide centralized utilities of chilled water, firefighting water, potable water, and telecommunication network to all the main buildings in the campus. Focal Utility Plant (CUP 3) contains the accompanying structure and administrations:- • Central Utility Plant 3 (CUP3) Building - 36000 TR • The Ancillary Buildings include:Guard House, Fencing and Attenuation Tank, Main Substation Enclosures (M7 and M8) The Central Cooling framework in CUP 3 comprises of 18 water-cooled chillers with an absolute cooling limit of 36,000 Tons Refrigerant (TR).
