This project involves construction, completion and maintenance of infrastructure works of Emirati Neighborhood in Abu Dhabi Capital District. The project is divided into 3 packages (Packages 2A, 3 and 4), where by tenderers can participate in any or all packages. It consist of grading, road and utilities/infrastructure networks. Work has commenced on the construction of the Emirati Neighborhood a mega residential cum infrastructure project at Abu Dhabi's Madina Zayed town. Abu Dhabi General Services Company "Musanada" which is supervising the construction has revealed that Packages 3 and 4 of infrastructure works have commenced. The construction and building works in the project include preparation of the infrastructure, road network and utility routes, as well as 2,755 residential plots, 37 mosques, 47 gardens and 13 schools, all within a residential compound extending over 1,401 acres. The facilities being constructed are designed to serve approximately 22,000 UAE nationals. The Dh2.4 billion Madinat Zayed foundation venture comprises of five bundles including streets and framework works, three of these bundles are in the Emirati Neighborhood," said Engr. The tender is open to all bona fide firms, licensed and specialised in Abu Dhabi in the field of road/infrastructure works under Road-Special grade category. Interested firms wishing to participate in the tender should have to make a non-refundable tender fee payments of the following amount to the below specified A/c: Package 2A: Tender Fee AED 15,000; Tender Bond is Dhs 15,000,000, Package 3: Tender Fee AED 20,000; Tender Bond is Dhs 20,000,000 Package 4: Tender Fee AED 15,000; Tender Bond is Dhs 15,000,000. Upon payment of tender fee, tenderers should confirm their interest by submitting a letter by e-mail, not later than 2:00 pm on the closing date. Tenders should note that registration in clientÂ’s vendor list is mandatory for the tenderer to submit the tender. This tender will be conducted through the client's e-procurement web-based portal.
