This project involves construction of Indigo Hotel on Plot No. BB.A02.016346-746 at Business Bay in Dubai. The project consist with construction of a boutique hotel comprising meticulously designed (285) rooms, including an all-day dining restaurant, delicatessen, specialty restaurant and bar. The rooftop pool terrace, lounge bar will provide relaxing spaces for guests to unwind in. Intercontinental Hotels Group (administrator) has consented to an arrangement with Real Estate (proprietor and engineer) to deal with the property. The Hotel building will involve 3 storm cellar levels, a ground floor and 18 extra floors. Client has signed a management agreement. Submission of bids is currently underway for the main construction contract.
