Hayy Al Sharq (Sharq District) Project

This project involves construction of Hayy Al Sharq, a world-class multi-cluster 1.5 million square metre entertainment and leisure theme park, which will be built in Barka, Al Batinah North, Oman. It will boast an integrated theme park, wildlife and water parks, an equestrian center and an edutainment center, as well as retail areas that will offer a range of retail, leisure and dining options. It will also feature three hotels, with a residential zone and retail areas. It will have 200 residential units, (townhouses and apartments). Based on a top notch goal extending around one kilometer on the shoreline front, the task will offer both way of life and instructive perspectives for kids and grown-ups. Among different attractions guests will appreciate, an imaginative learning-centered measurement will be the Interactive Science and Technology Edutainment Center, intended to be an uplifting information center point for Oman's young statistic. Client will work in cooperation with Ministry of Tourism to develop the project. While design is 26.2 per cent complete and construction progressed so far is one per cent. Clearance and site enabling work is also 100 per cent complete. The project is divided into phases and the first stage includes the theme park with the zoological component The company announced the progress made thus far in 2018, stating that feasibility study and master plan of the project is hundred per cent complete.
