The Harbour Views Twin Towers project will be located on Plot 18 at Dubai Creek Harbour. Construction of 51-storey twin towers comprising more than (750 Nos.) one-, two-, three-bedroom and penthouse apartments, anchored to a three-level podium. 17,800 cubic metres of concrete were used for the concrete work for the two towers. It consists of two residential towers (Tower 1 & 2 - 47 residential floors + 3 service roof floors each) on a common podium (2B+G+3P) that enclose retails, residential units, leisure and admin facilities in addition to required parking spaces. The project encloses a mix of 1B, 2B, 3B, 4B & Townhouse residential apartments with a total of 762 units. The podium level apartments and (14 Nos.) two-storey villas/townhouses shall enjoy direct access to the luxury pool and other podium amenities. It is understood that the detailed design phase is nearing completion. The development is expected to be completed by October 2019.
