Global Gateway Residential Development Project - Saadiyat Island
The Global Gateway residential development will be located at Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi. Carrying out development of a residential scheme comprising of five residential buildings each comprising of a ground floor and 30 additional floors, retail facilities and associated infrastructure. The scope of work includes five residential buildings of 31 floors each, retail facilities and associated infrastructure. Client is likely to award the main construction contract for this development by February 2017. Construction is planned to commence in the first quarter of 2017, with handover scheduled for December 2018.
