The hotel will be operated by Marriott. The twin tower and retail podium has been designed in contemporary architectural language with hints of arabesque touches as seen in the facade treatment patterns.The business centre will also include a 3-storey level shopping mall and retail area coupled with parking space to accommodate over 670 vehicles.The project will be served through a district cooling plant for the cooling needs of the development, enabling significant savings in comparison to the power consumption through conventional air cooled chillers.This project consists of two towers, i.e. hotel tower: 20 floors + roof, office tower: 17 floors + roof.
