This project involves construction of Federal Supreme Court on Plot No. 25-26, Sector 58 in Abu Dhabi. The building will have an approximate built-up area of 24,000 square meters and it is being constructed on a plot size of approximately 6,323 m2. The Court consists of basement, parking floors, ground floor and three floors with a helipad. It also comprising office for the chief judge, 13 offices for judges, a meeting hall for the members, a library, administrative offices, customersÂ’ transaction hall, a meeting hall. The building will also include detention rooms, a large library, a majlis, multi-purpose offices, in addition to an auditorium, prayer rooms, lawyers rooms and parking lots for 136 cars. The project will also encompass all the technical, security and mechanical equipment that will facilitate the functioning of the building and maintain safety and confidentiality. The court building will give a wide scope of administrations to clients, including Customer Service, Customers' Free Services Center, E-Record which will record and enroll court cases, Translation Services which will cover a few dialects, just as the Notification Office which will instruct parties concerning the timings of the sessions and the Registry Section which gets the case and speaks with judges all through to declaration of the decision. This project is a Pearl 2 Estidama rating and will be handed over in 2019.
