The Emerald Palace Kempinski Hotel will be located on Plot No. BB.A06.051 at Business Bay in Dubai and cover a built-up area of 22,054 square meters. It is being designed and finished to the highest international standards offering a host of services and leisure facilities, including a swimming pool, restaurants, fully equipped gymnasium, spa and retail outlets. The Emerald Palace Kempinski is a testament to this precision, and at a cost of over Dh2.5 billion, stands as one of the most expensive hotels in the world.
