This project involves the construction of Emaar Residences on Plot No. E5 within Jeddah Gate in Saudi Arabia. Construction of in three towers, 17 to 21 storey-high, offering 283 one- to four-bedroom apartments and upper villas (penthouses) for an exquisite lifestyle. It comprises one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments and penthouses on the upper floors. The apartment units will range from 70 to 300 square meters. Each tower shall have its own dedicated drop-off zone, lobbies, 24-hour reception and concierge, and integrated security system. Amenities include an outdoor swimming pool for men, children's day care area with outdoor play area, a multipurpose hall for social events and business requirements, separate fitness centers for men and women with saunas, a Jacuzzi, an aerobics area and a ladies spa. The project Spread over a total area of 413,000m2, when completed, Jeddah Gate will have 2,009 residential units, 230,000m2 of office space, and 68,000m2 of retail space. Green walkways link the entire neighbourhood with public plazas surrounded by retail outlets, restaurants and cafes. The scheme is currently under design stage.
