The Jeddah Corniche is a huge linear recreation park stretching in a north-south direction between the City and Red Sea. The project is about Construction of a tram network. It houses an abundance of recreational and tourist facilities ranging from hotels, cafes, restaurants, amusement parks and an aquarium, to less formal areas for fishing, picnics, jogging or simply relaxing by the sea. It is currently undergoing a series of enhancement projects that will both upgrade the current facilitates and introduce dramatic new visitor attractions.
