The project involves construction of a 45-storey Brooq Residential Tower comprising two basements, a ground floor, a mezzanine floor and 43 upper floors and a service floor consisting of 258 flats. This tower will be located at Al-Dafna in Doha, Qatar. It will cover a total built-up area of 4,203 square metres (Government - 1,819 square metres). The 14th and 26th floors are the refuges and technical floors, the 42nd floor is for the spa, the 43rd floor is for gym and clubhouse and the lower roof has an outdoor pool of 206 Square meters (Sqm). The total Cost of the project is set to $ 110 Million.
