Block 66 Exploration Project
This project involves the exploration of Block 66, located within Al Wusta and Dhofar governorates of Oman, covering an area of 4,898 square kilometers. Client has signed the exploration and production sharing deal with Hungarian MOL Group to act as the operator, where it will have the right to explore, develop and produce oil and gas. The commitments of the company under this deal are to re-process old seismic, acquire new 2D and 3D seismic and drill exploration wells during exploration periods. Oman Ministry of Oil and Gas (MOG) plans to explore block 66 in the south of Dhofar, Oman. The project covers the block will span over a 4,898 sq.Km area and will handle 200 million bpd of oil.
