The Areej Residential Community project will be located at Halban in Oman and cover an area of over 30,000 square meters. Construction of a residential community comprising (69) villas, including a mosque, spa, kids zone, swimming pool, green spaces, maids rooms, banking facilities and advanced security systems. Each villa spread over 273 square meters will be equipped with a wide range of facilities, technologies and internal design that provides the highest level of comfort and optimal use of every corner. All villas will have spacious bedrooms, in-built kitchen cabinets, smart lighting for corridors and private parking lots. Local rading & construction company Contracting has been appointed as the main contractor. Work is expected to commence soon. The development is slated for completion by December 2019.
