Al Warqaa al-warq), sometimes spelled Al Warqa`a is a locality in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Located southeast of Dubai Creek, Al Warqaa is bordered to the north by Mirdif, the west by Nad Al Hammar and the south by Warisan. This project involves the development of 2 commercial and residential buildings Al Warqaa Gardens on Plot No. 416-8092 & 416-8093 in Nadd Al Hamar area of Dubai. The buildings, each comprising a ground floor and fifteen (15) additional floors. Designed to stick to chronicled engineering statutes and enlivened by the vernacular of the Bastakiya, the Al Warqaa Courtyard offers inhabitants a shrewd blend of convention and advancement. The plan of this new offering from Cm³, expected to characterize another classification inside the typology of the customary condo building. Submission of bids is currently in progress for the main construction contract. An award is expected by December 2017.
