This project involves construction of Al Khail Avenue at Jumeirah Village Triangle in Duba and cover a plot area of approximately 70,942 square meters. The built-up area is approximately 200,000 square meters, with 110,000 square meters of retail space consisting of more than (350) retail outlets conceived as shell and core developments. The project involves Construction of a shopping mall featuring an 80,000 square feet hypermarket, an entertainment area, a department store, a 14-screen cinema and a selection of retailers, restaurants and cafes. Al Khail Avenue will also consist of a large supermarket anchor, sub-anchor stores (department stores, food courts, cinemas, etc.), specialty shops and services, and food and beverage outlets. There will also be a multistory car park with 4,400 spaces.
