This project involves construction of Al Falah Mall, which will cater to the growing community of Al Falah as well as the wider catchment areas, including the northern areas of Khalifa City A & B as well as Shamkha district in Abu Dhabi. The project is about Construction of a new shopping mall covering over 30,000 square meters of retail space with a multi-screen cinema as well as F&B outlets, family entertainment and food court. Al Falah Mall will serve the needs of the people of these communities. Both malls will add to our existing retail assets across Abu Dhabi and are part of our strategy to further diversify our investment portfolio. The mall is destined to be a place of leisure as well as convenience for years to come. The main construction contract is expected to be awarded in third quarter of 2016.
