This project involves the construction of Al Ameri Hotel on Plot No. C1 at Sector No. 58, near Carrefour at Airport Road in Abu Dhabi . The Hotel apartments building comprises three (3) basement levels, a ground floor, a mezzanine floor and fourteen (14) additional floors offering 182 spacious rooms and a roof. Detached from all surrounding towers, it demanded a full 360 degree lighting analysis, that would enhance the architecture from all viewing angles. The design intent was simple and straightforward; the buildingÂ’s outer shell reveals a docked ship looking at the ocean. The building is being owned by a local investor. Local Consulting group is carrying out the design, main and MEP consultancy contract for the scheme. Currently the project is under tendering stage.
