This project involves construction of Adventz Tower in Downtown Dubai. Construction of a residential building comprising 2 basement levels, a ground floor, a mezzanine floor and (68) additional floors. The tower will be over 300m tall and will contain high specification two- and three-bedroom apartments and three- and four-bedroom duplexes. It is understood that the scheme is currently in detailed design stage. All the apartments are designed to penthouse standard. They will have balconies, gardens and swimming pools, and will be like ‘villas in the sky’. The pool and garden support systems will be housed within balcony structures.This calls for a highly integrated services design, and the pool and garden support systems are to be housed within balcony structures. Building information modelling (BIM) is enabling the delivery of this challenging project.
