The Abraj Quartier project will be located in The Pearl-Qatar. The project is about Construction of four mixed-use towers comprising 40 floors each. The Abraj Quartier is considered as the ideal location of choice for many businesses and companies, with the two highly prestigious 42 storey towers standing at around 201 meters, each housing a panoramic floor of breathtaking views towards the mainland across the azure waters of the Arabian Gulf. The towers are to be known as AQ3, AQ4, AQ05 and AQ06. The constrcution of 4 high rise towers with the requirements for safe, effiecient solutions from PERI that met with the project tight schedule. It is one of the ten precincts that make up the $4 billion Pearl-Qatar development. The island is located 350 meters offshore of Doha's West Bay district. It will include 2,200 residential units and is expected to be home to over 45,000 residents by 2018. The Scope of Works includes the construction of substructure, superstructure and external works. Client has released a tender for the main construction contract to build the four towers. Local Contracting Company has been awarded a contract to carry out the enabling works.
