This project involves construction of a veterinary vaccine and serum production facility to produce inactivated and live attenuated vaccines. It is located in Muscat, Oman. The facility will include: - Specific Pathogen Free Eggs Production Unit - Inactivated Vaccines Production Line/Facilities - Live Attenuated Vaccine Production Line/Facilities - Animals Experiment Laboratory Unit - Quality Control, Research and Development Unit - Service and Administrative Facilities Units. The undertaking will control the most widely recognized endemic creature sicknesses in the MENA area. When finished the venture will lessen reliance on imported veterinary immunizations required and guarantee the accessibility of antibodies at a sensible expense. This project aims to: • Produce embryo vaccines and bacterial and viral vaccines for the veterinary diseases most common in the region; • Contribute to solving the problem of the need for imported vaccines in order to meet the market needs; • Provide vaccines at reasonable costs; and • Provide effective vaccines that are suitable for the countries of production and the strains required. Client is working in cooperation with Arab Authority for Agricultural Investment and Development (AAAID) to develop this scheme. The project is currently in concept stage and is expected to be completed by April 2021.
