This project involves construction of “Palm Mall” at Sohar in Oman , comprising a ground floor and 2 additional floors, including retail and leisure elements with a total built-up area of approximately 35,000 square meters. It is designed to have amenities such as: • Family Entertainment Center, • Ten (10)Screen Cinemas operated by VoX Cinemas, • 5,000 square meter Hypermarket, • Anchor Stores, • Retail Line Stores, • Arabic Restaurant • Cafes & also • Food Court. In addition, the project also features an aquarium and a snow park, elements that are being touted as among the first in the sultanate. A Local InternationalCo. has been appointed as the main contractor. Works on Oman's Palm Mall that is currently under construction in Muscat are 70% complete, the project's developers have confirmed. The scheme is expected to be completed by February 2017.
