Construction of a mixed-use development comprising of mall and boulevard. This project will be built at Knowledge Economic City in Saudi Arabia. This project new development will be built on a total space of 129,000 square meters, of which 77,000 sqm will be allocated for the mall and boulevard. The Project is commercial leasable area stands at 122,000 sqm. This project ne development first phase including designs is scheduled for completion in three years. Detailed designs and this project scheme will be provided in the second phase.
