This project involves construction of Fifth Phase of “Darraq” Project on a number of leased lands from the A Development Authority which is situated in the Diplomatic Quarter of Riyadh with a total land area of 4,765 square meter in Saudi Arabia. It will comprise Nine (9) residential buildings with 36 luxurious apartments. Darraq is a combination of two Arabic words ”Dar Raqyah” which means the elegant house. Darraq is all about elegant housing and elevated services and facilities. Both villa and apartments comprise the Darraq community. There are two types of furnished apartments: 2 bedroom & 3 bedroom. The villas size range from 3 bedroom to 6 bedroom. Darraq vcillas are distributed in three areas with the majority in Alfaw residential area spanning from roundabouts 4 & 5. Financial impact of the project is expected to start during fourth quarter of 2018, Also this project will be financed from both the international resources of the company and bank loans. Client has signed a Letter of Award with a local Group is ready to start the construction works with a cost of $5.8 million. Construction period will last for a period of 18 months from the signing of the LOA.
