This project will be developed in the New Capital City scheme, east of Cairo ,Egypt.Construction of a central business district, covering a total area of about 500,000 square meters. The development will include a 345 meter-tall tower, 12 business complexes, 5 residential buildings and 2 hotels. The proposed tower will be more than 100 meter taller than the 223 meter-tall Carlton Tower in Johannesburg. The contract duration is 43 months.
