This project will form a part of the Remraam development in Dubailand. Remraam - the name derives from a plant that grows naturally in the Emirates - is located in Dubailand, close to the Dubai Bypass Road and within easy reach of the new airport at Dubai South, and the Jebel Ali industrial area. Construction of 12 buildings each comprising a ground floor and 5 additional floors. The development will comprise one and two- bedroom apartments. Featuring contemporary design, each of the new clusters will include a gym, pool, kidsÂ’ play area, and a multipurpose hall. The apartments will boast extra storage space and kitchens are to be equipped with state-of-the-art appliances for convenience of residents.The project is currently in tendering phase and is expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2020.
