This project involves refurbishment and redevelopment of the Armed Forces Club & Hotel, located at Khor Al Maqta area in Abu Dhabi. The project is about Carrying out refurbishment and redevelopment of a Club and Hotel. The venture includes repair and redevelopment. The venture will incorporate the restoration of the principle building's focal center point and east and west wings, just as the development of new offices inside the club and lodging grounds. The new offices will incorporate a providing food region, dinner lobby, sports center, retail and sustenance and refreshment town. Under the contract, the main buildingÂ’s central hub, east and west wings will undergo a refurbishment along with the construction of new facilities within the club and hotel grounds. These will include a catering area, banquet hall, sports hub, retail and food & beverage village, beach villas, and a beach club with pool. Dubai-headquartered contractor Contracting formerly known and has been awarded the main contract. Construction on the new facilities will commence shortly and is expected to be completed within 17 months.
