The Zunairah Villas project will be located within Al Mouj Muscat in Oman. The project is about Construction of a limited collection of exclusive beachfront villas. Split into two zones, Z1 will cover a total built-up area of approximately 900 square meters, while Z2 will cover a built-up area of 1,800 square meters. The prototypes are designed to provide the ultimate in luxury, aiming to set a new benchmark for residential living in the Sultanate. The task includes development of a beachfront estate complex split into two zones. The primary zone will spread over area developed territory, while the second zone will spread more than developed region. The venture will offer a male and female rec center, spas, evolving rooms, relaxing regions, recreations room, and an attendant service. Project design works are currently in progress. The development is expected to be completed by December 2018.
