The project involves construction of a commercial and residential tower “Zeezee Tower” on Plot No. 373-1113 , comprising four(4) basements, a ground floor, twenty(20) floors and two(2) roof floors at Al Barsha 1 in Dubai. The G+20F+4B+2R (21 floors) project spreading over land Area - 1,706.03 sq.m and covering Builtup area - 25,576 sq.m with other related facilities. The tower is owned by a local investor. Local Construction & Reconstruction Engineering Company has been appointed as the main contractor. Ground works are currently in progress.
