Construction of a new Hotel comprising basement, ground floor and (38) floors offering (582) furnished cabins, including 10 multi storey car park structure. The hotel will be furnished with the brand's signature Techno Walls and Smart Beds, as well as YOTEL's exclusive Club Lounge, a multi-function co-working, meeting spaces, a gym and a pool deck. YOTEL, an affiliate company of Kuwait-listed IFA Hotels & Resorts, has signed a long-term agreement with the client to operate the hotel. The property will also feature (127) serviced apartments, also managed by YOTEL.
