This project involves construction of Y office tower on Plot No. C-038 at Lusail Marina in Qatar and cover a built-up area of 40,000 square meters . The project will have a unique design architecture vision where the building moves in a harmony and dynamic tension. The tower comprises 4 basements, a ground floor, twenty (20) additional floors, a technical floor and roof floor . The 21-square kilometre city project is ideally located north of DohaÂ’s central business district within easy reach of the Al Khor expressway and bordered by the blue waters of the Gulf. Lusail City offers a blend of selective private, business, retail, friendliness and amusement centered areas which meet up to present an energizing and aspiring expert arranged venture. The building is owned by a local investor. A Local Trading & Contracting Company has been appointed as the main contractor. The company executed its complete set up from infrastructure and external works with electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, structural and architectural works as described in project specifications, contract documents and lay-out that were submitted by the client.
