The Vincitore Boulevard mixed-use project will be located on Plot No. 6731343 at Arjan in Dubailand, opposite the Miracle Garden and cover 173,000 square feet of land and 300,000 square feet of total area. Development of a mixed-use scheme comprising six residential buildings with a total of (216) units, each consisting of a basement level, ground floor, (2) floors plus roof floor, with retail on the ground floor, including (360) car parking spaces. It will comprise (144 Nos.) Studio apartments and (72 Nos.) one-bedroom apartments. Client will officially launch the project in December 2016 and is planning to issue a tender for the main construction contract in the next 45 days, based on the approval process. The development will be funded through equity and off-plan sales. The scheme is expected to be completed by April 2019.
