This project will be built at Wadi Shamal Industrial City development in Saudi Arabia. The scope of work of this project involves construction of residential housing and community buildings. It will cover a total built-up area of 65,117 square meters. Works also include infrastructure and roads, mechanical works, electrical works and site works. Total area of raft foundation is 32,000 square meters (Housing, Villa, Apartment, Civil Defense), while asphalt works will cover 81,657 square meters. Waad Al Shamaal is another in a continuing series of Saudi programs to harness, process, and monetize natural resources in a way that promotes economic development and diversity. Client has invited companies to submit bids for the main contract. An US' construction management is acting as the project manager for the scheme. In addition to the villa contract, the client will also be tendering a roads package.
