The scope of work of this project involves construction of 122 villas comprising a ground floor only . This project will be developed at Oud Al Muteena 1 area in Dubai, with a space of 1,200 square feet (111 square meters) per villa. It will be located on Plot No. 265-7710. The buildings will follow green building and sustainability standards, as it was keen to use the highest specifications for finishing materials to provide a suitable environment for the residents which include using solar energy for water heaters. A Local Building & Construction Co. has been appointed as the main contractor. The project started in June 2016 and is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2017.
