Saudi Arabian Oil Company'[640991] plans to build Ajyal Community of Excellence Project (ACEP) in South of Dhahran, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This project involves execution of Package 1 of the Ajyal residential development, which is part of South Dhahran Home Ownership Program - Phase 1. The project covers the construction of 8,521 housing units spread over 10,000 sq.km. The project will be split into 2 phases. Phase 1 covers the construction of 2,776 housing units, 1 mosque , 1 recreation center , infrastructure service and related facilities. This package covers the construction of 791 housing units.
