This project will located at Al Qasba in Sharjah. The project consist with the task of Construction of a 3 star hotel consisting of 100-room. The hotel will likewise offer an anteroom relax, a throughout the day eating eatery, three gathering rooms and a pre-work space furnished with cutting edge innovations, a spa and health focus, an outside pool and deck, kids' sprinkle cushion and pool bar. Client has signed a management agreement with Hospitality Group to operate the lifestyle boutique hotel. The new boutique hotel will sit alongside Al Qasba's canal and is designed to meet the increasing demand for hotel rooms in Sharjah as well as the requirements of millennial travellers. The hotel will also offer a lobby lounge, an all-day dining restaurant, three meeting rooms and a pre-function space equipped with advanced technologies, a spa and wellness centre, an outdoor swimming pool and deck, childrenÂ’s splash pad and pool bar. The fitness centre will have a modern gymnasium, studio for yoga and Pilates, and separate shower rooms for men and women. The design consultancy contract is currently under tendering stage.
