This project involves construction of Vera by Damac Tower on Plot No. Plot No. 346-703 (BB.B01.070) at Business Bay in Dubai. Construction of a 30-storey commercial and residential tower featuring a basement and ground level, three podium levels, 25 residential floors with studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, and a communal rooftop area.The high-end apartment block has a range of amenities including a childrenÂ’s play area, barbecue area, temperature-controlled swimming pool, gym, running track, sauna and steam rooms, landscaped gardens, and covered parking spaces. The building site is located on Al Abraj Street, which runs parallel to the Dubai Creek. A shopping boulevard will also be built for Vera Residence. This will keep the complex in tune with what appears to be a growing trend among property developers to build self-contained residential communities in Dubai. The development is currently in design stage.
