The Tiara United Towers will be located on Sheikh Zayed Road, Plot No. 345-887 & 345-888 in Dubai. Construction of two mixed-use residential towers, each comprising a ground floor and (46) floors. It will have a structural height of 193 meters, housing 50,500 square meters of office space and a 5-star hotel offering (370) guestrooms. The podium of the building will extend over 6 floors and provide retail and public areas. The towers will feature a coloration technique, by which the building facades appear in multiple colors. Exterior of the building will also feature veins, like those on a leaf, spreading across the surface from the corners and embracing the building. The development is aiming to be the first building in Dubai to be certified by the US Green Building Council for achieving 'LEED Gold' status. Local Construction company has been appointed as the main contractor. Value of the contract is estimated to be $380 million.
