The scope of work of this project involves construction of a 22-storey tower “The Storm Tower”comprising studios and 3-bedroom apartments . It will be located at Juffair in Bahrain. It is located 15 minutes away from Bahrain International Airport and 10 minutes from the Financial District. Near to the grand mosque and juffair mall, newly opened oasis mall & rameez center, Al Jazeera supermarket and many more restaurants and coffee shops. The Storm made out of a studio and 3 rooms pads in a high raised building. With a wide scope of courtesies, for example, a pool, exercise center, roomy common sitting zone on the terrace, table tennis room, separate sauna, and steam for men and women. The thoughtfully designed stylish studios and flats ensure that the need of every resident is catered to, whilst the stunning entertainment facilities have been developed to offer a vivid podium for social and physical activities. A Local Construction Company has been appointed as the main contractor. 1st parking floor structural work is currently in progress for the tower.
