This project involves construction of The Cove on Plot No. 132 (415-8724) at Dubai Creek Harbour, which will offer uninterrupted views of Downtown Dubai, The Tower and Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary. Building 1 will comprise 2 basements, a ground floor and (21) floors offering (137 units); Building 2 will consist of 2 basements, a ground floor and (9) floors offering (89 units); while Building 3 comprises 2 basements, a ground floor and (6) floors offering (50 units). Detailed design is currently in progress. Enabling works tendering to contractor is also underway. The development is expected to be completed in March 2020.
